As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Vegan Life Coach and Educator, and Whole Food Plant Based Chef, I am passionate about health, nutrition, and happiness. My focus has always remained consistent; I am here to help people lose weight, reverse illness, and regain vitality by teaching individuals to create delicious, simple plant-powered meals.
